I got scammed on eBay! Refund?

I got scammed on eBay by this seller (ronnie32a.) Instead of buying one item for him, I bought two (Windows 7 Ultimate and Microsoft Office 2010 Professional....) I payed $140 through eBay/PayPal. As soon as he received his money, the "seller" removed the items and closed his account. I emailed him twice but didn't get any response, so I opened a case for each item.

The question is, what are my chances of getting a refund? btw I wasn't the only one buy who got scammed by that seller! More than 25 eBayers bought the same items from him....

dont wrry , contact ebay, give the transaction details u made, be sure it was thru ebay,even if seller doesnt respond, ebay will.... ok thy take steps to ensure tht the money is returned to u or at least the product is delivered

If you paid via Paypal then you are eligible for Ebay's Buyer Protection Scheme so you should get a full refund from them.
